The dive had been going on already for some time and the Star had sunken out of sight. The water was cold and scary creatures seemed to emerge from the darkness. "If I go deeper, I might die!", the Mermaid thought. But she wanted to save the Star so much that she found the courage to go on. Just when she felt her strength run out, she noticed a faint light deep down.
